Dowling Distilling Releases Interurban Bourbon “Conflagrate”

Dowling Distilling’s latest creation, Interurban Bourbon: Conflagrate, is more than just a whiskey — it’s a story bottled in oak.

Born from the memory of the 1921 Van Alstyne Interurban Station fire, this bourbon evokes the smoke, ember, and buttery popcorn notes of that fateful Christmas morning. Finished in cinnamon-spiced apple brandy barrels, it’s a pour that bridges history, craftsmanship, and the spirit of Texas.

The release party happens Saturday, November 8th, starting at 12 PM. You can grab a bottle, take a free historic walking tour through downtown with historian Dusty Williams (1–1:30 PM), and enjoy live bluegrass music from 3–6 PM.

If you’re a fan of Texas whiskey storytelling — this one’s not to be missed.

Before you roll out, check out other North Texas events and the full Texas Whiskey Calendar for more releases and tastings.

👉 Don’t forget to stop by my merch page — it pairs nicely with a bottle (and a little bluegrass).

Event details may change. Please confirm times and bottle availability with Dowling Distilling before attending.
