The Durning House Bed and Breakfast stood as a piece of post-Civil War history — a place where families gathered, stories were told, and visitors were treated like old friends.

For one evening, Dowling is reviving that same spirit of hospitality with a special meal inspired by the beloved landmark. Plates are just $15, served on a first-come, first-served basis — and trust us, it’s a dinner worth showing up early for.
