Fill Your Own Bottle at Maverick Distilling’s Barrel-to-Bottle Experience

If you’ve ever wanted to fill your own whiskey straight from the barrel, this is your shot—literally.
On Saturday, November 22, 2025, Maverick Distilling in downtown San Antonio is opening the vault for a 4 Grain Cask Strength Barrel to Bottle Experience.

For $89 per person, guests will draw whiskey directly from the barrel, fill and label their own bottle, and take home a commemorative glass. You can even snag additional bottles for $80 each while supplies last.

It’s not every day Maverick Distilling hosts an event like this, so whiskey fans in South Texas will want to mark their calendars.
