Friday Shop & Sip Hours at Sledge Distillery in Tolar
Sledge Distillery is opening up for Friday Shop & Sip Hours on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 12 to 5 PM in Tolar, Texas.
This is a good excuse to get a head start on the weekend with a slower, quieter afternoon at the distillery. Guests can stop by the retail store, learn more about Sledge Distillery, and enjoy a tasting featuring five spirits and two seasonal creations for $15 per person.
There will not be food service on Fridays, but guests are welcome to bring snacks. Which is honestly a dangerous amount of power. Choose wisely. This is not the time to find out that gas station sushi and craft spirits are not natural allies.
Sledge Distillery notes that Fridays are meant to be a more relaxed distillery experience, making this a solid option for anyone looking for a low-key visit, a few pours, and a little bottle shopping before the weekend properly starts.
The distillery discourages guests from bringing children, and if kids do come along, they ask that they stay right by your side at all times.
Sledge Distillery is located at 8210 Paluxy Hwy., Tolar, TX 76476.

And if you’re headed out for a quiet Friday afternoon of tastings and bottle shopping, consider checking out the Texas Whiskey Geek merch page. Every purchase helps support this independent, ad-free website, which is basically the digital equivalent of buying me a very nerdy cup of coffee. But whiskey-shaped.
