Hye Fashioned Takeover Dinner – Port Aransas, TX

On Friday, September 26, 2025 (double-check actual date if provided), join Dan Garrison of Garrison Brothers Distillery for a special Hye Fashioned Takeover Bourbon Pairing Dinner at Tortuga’s Salt Water Grill in Port Aransas.

This intimate evening pairs bold Texas bourbon with a chef-curated multi-course meal designed to showcase the versatility of Garrison Brothers’ portfolio. Guests will savor dishes like bourbon-glazed pork porterhouse, spiced Tuga cake with chocolate sauce, and fresh charcuterie, each paired with neat pours or cocktails featuring Small Batch, HoneyDew, Guadalupe, and Balmorhea expressions.

Tickets are $125++, and you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a Boot Flask bottle for $50 and have it signed by Dan himself. Seating is limited, and reservations are required — call (361) 749-2739 to secure your spot.
