All good things must come to an end, and our beautiful tasting hall is no exception. Although the time has come to bid her adieu and fill her with aging barrels, she's going out with a bang. Join us for a day of all things BENDT - cocktails, food, live music, great company, stories from the past decade and one "Last Call at the Tasting Hall". Note: The BENDT Distilling Co. Tasting Hall on Charles Street will permanently close at 10pm on May 10, 2025. The time has come to move our barrels home from their off-site rickhouse, with the tasting hall space being slated as their permanent home. Although distillery production tours are planned to resume at the Charles Street distillery location no later than Fall 2025, we will no longer offer events, customer bar, lounge, garden, cocktails or food available at this location. Additional announcements coming soon on our new concept (Ethel Janes - BENDT Whiskey Kitchen), opening summer 2025 at 306 W. Main Street in Lewisville, Texas.
