Lockwood Distilling Co. 4th Annual Chili Cook-off – Richardson, TX
Get ready for chili, cocktails, and community! Lockwood Distilling Co. is hosting its 4th Annual Chili Cook-off on Sunday, October 5, 2025, starting at 12 PM in the Lockwood District of Richardson, TX.
This annual tradition honors the memory of Aaron Baerwaldt and brings together family, friends, and neighbors for a day full of food, fun, and giving back. Contestants will battle for the judge’s top award and the coveted People’s Choice trophy, while you sample every entry, sip Lockwood cocktails, and enjoy live entertainment.
All proceeds benefit Camp Gilmont (gilmont.org), helping support a great cause while you eat some of the best chili in Texas.

Chili Tasting (21+): $20 per person + tax – includes 1 drink voucher, 1 raffle ticket, and samples of all competition chili.
Chili Tasting (Under 21): $10 per person + tax – includes chili samples.
