Lone Elm took their 4 year old straight wheat whiskey and let it rest for 5 months in a Cognac barrel. Lone Elm straight Wheat Whiskey (Not to be confused with a wheated bourbon) is a bold, flavorful, Texas whiskey in and of itself. The Cognac flavors imparted in this finish are sure to compliment them.
