On Wednesday, August 21st from 7–10 PM, Garrison Brothers Distillery is bringing bourbon and elegance to The George Hotel in College Station for a special Meet the Maker Pairing Dinner with Dan and Nancy Garrison.

This refined evening features a multi-course meal tailored to enhance Garrison Brothers’ rich, bold bourbon—each course paired with a custom cocktail. From chèvre truffle fritters and scallops to duck breast and bacon-wrapped beef tournedos, the menu’s stacked with flavor. Top it off with red wine poached pear and crème anglaise for dessert.

Tickets are $140 per person, including tax and gratuity.
