On Saturday, November 29th, join Executive Chef Stephen Yahwak for a private multi-course dinner infused with Dowling’s own spirits. Each course tells its own story — from the bright, zesty Strawberry Caesar Salad to the rich Pan-Grilled Red Snapper and the bold Bourblend-Glazed Pork Chop.
Co-founder Steve Dowling will personally guide guests through a tasting of select spirits during dinner, offering insight into what makes each expression uniquely Texas. After the final course, the evening transitions to the Speakeasy Lounge for cocktails, conversation, and music.
