Texas Waterways Dinner with Garrison Brothers – Brenner’s Steakhouse, Houston

On Tuesday, August 26th, Garrison Brothers is teaming up with Brenner’s Steakhouse on the Bayou and Gulf Trust for a one-night-only culinary experience that pairs Texas bourbon with Gulf-fresh seafood.

The Texas Waterways Dinner Series is more than a dinner—it’s a cause. Every sip of Balmorhea and Guadalupe bourbon, every plate of Landry’s award-winning Gulf-inspired cuisine, helps fund projects that protect Texas rivers and the Gulf they feed.

The evening kicks off with a welcome cocktail at 6:30 PM, followed by multiple courses expertly paired with Garrison Brothers bourbon. Guests will also enjoy a short film and remarks from conservation leaders, including Jay Kleberg of Gulf Trust and the Texas Parks & Wildlife Foundation. With only 50–75 seats available, this intimate dinner is designed to be both unforgettable and impactful.
