Every year, Copper Shot Distillery does something special — and for Bastrop whiskey fans, this is the one. On Monday, January 19, 2026, at 6:00 PM, Copper Shot is releasing its coveted 5-year-old whiskey during an intimate bottle-your-own experience inside the distillery’s cigar lounge.
Guests will take part in the popping of the barrel, then personally bottle, label, and wax their own bottle straight from the source. This is a hands-on, small-group experience built for people who want to get as close to the whiskey as possible — not just drink it, but be part of its final moment before it heads out into the world.
