If you’re looking for the ultimate fall night out in Fredericksburg, Arch Ray Resort’s 2025 Autumn Chef’s Table is the place to be. On Saturday, September 27th, from 6:30 to 9:00 PM, you’ll enjoy a four-course dinner, each dish paired with a carefully selected drink.

🍴 The Menu

• First Course: Roasted butternut squash soup with pumpkin seeds and crème fraîche

• Second Course: Glazed pork belly with sweet pepper and green onions

• Third Course: Lobster tail with garlic butter, 1894 5oz tenderloin with red wine pomegranate sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, and roasted asparagus

• Fourth Course: Chocolate torte with strawberry glaze, chocolate sticks, fresh berries, and bourbon vanilla ice cream

This event is an intimate, chef-inspired experience at one of Fredericksburg’s most beautiful destinations. Seating is limited, so make sure to reserve early.
