Learn to Make Better Whiskey Cocktails at BENDT's Craft Cocktail Class

Most of us have mixed a whiskey cocktail at home.

Some turn out pretty well.

Others become valuable learning experiences.

If you've ever wondered why a cocktail tastes different at your favorite bar than it does in your kitchen, BENDT Distilling Co. is offering an opportunity to learn directly from the people behind the bar.

On Thursday, August 20, Ethel Janes – BENDT Whiskey Kitchen in Lewisville hosts its Craft Cocktail Class, an intimate evening of shaking, stirring, sipping, and learning. Guests will make two seasonal cocktails, enjoy light shared bites, and leave with techniques they can recreate long after the evening is over.

More Than Following a Recipe

Good cocktails aren't just recipes.

They're about balance, technique, dilution, temperature, and understanding why one ingredient works better than another.

BENDT's cocktail class focuses on exactly that. Rather than simply watching someone behind the bar, guests participate in the process, learning how each cocktail comes together while using BENDT's own spirits as the foundation.

Whether you're hoping to elevate your home bar or simply enjoy trying something new, the class is designed to be approachable without feeling overly technical.

An Intimate Setting

Unlike a busy bar, Ethel Janes – BENDT Whiskey Kitchen offers a quieter atmosphere that naturally lends itself to conversation and learning.

Between cocktails, guests will enjoy a selection of light shared bites before returning to the second hands-on drink.

With intentionally limited seating, the class stays personal, giving everyone an opportunity to ask questions and spend time with the instructors rather than watching from across the room.

Texas Whiskey V-Neck – Kentucky’s Hotter Cousin
from $18.95
Classy cut. Savage message.
This women’s V-neck doesn’t just fit right — it hits right. It’s made for the woman who drinks her whiskey neat, speaks fluent sarcasm, and knows damn well Texas whiskey turns more heads than any sweet Kentucky pour.

Whether you’re strutting into a tasting room or just out to stir the pot, this shirt’s doing the talking for you.
Kentucky had a good run — but Texas brought the heat.

Details:
• Flattering V-cut for that “yes, I lift barrels” confidence
• Smooth on the skin. Rough on Kentucky’s ego.
• Loud where it counts. Chill where it doesn’t.
• Made for whiskey drinkers who don’t need to prove a thing (but still do)

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
