On Saturday, February 14, 2026, Milam & Greene Whiskey teams up with Zydeco Blanco and The Cajun Cowboy to throw Blanco’s Biggest Mardi Gras Party, a full-day celebration packed with live music, Cajun food, festive costumes, and a very special whiskey release.

From 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, the distillery grounds in Blanco will be alive with Mardi Gras energy. Expect live Zydeco tunes, authentic Cajun vittles, and beads flying for anyone who shows up in proper Mardi Gras style. Costumes and masks aren’t just encouraged — they’re rewarded.
