Acre Distilling Co. is celebrating Burns Day in proper whisky fashion with a Master Distiller–curated whisky tasting and cheese pairing in downtown Fort Worth on January 24 & 25. This limited-seating experience is designed for people who genuinely care about how whisky behaves in the glass — and how it transforms when paired thoughtfully with food.
For this special tasting, Acre’s head distiller has selected seven whiskies, including the release of Acre Texas Single Malt — Barrel 204, finished in cherry stout barrels. Each pour is paired with four artisan cheeses, chosen specifically to highlight barrel influence, balance, and finish while showing how flavor evolves with the right pairing.
Not a big whisky drinker? No problem. Acre’s regular tasting lineup will also be available, making this an easy win whether you’re a seasoned whisky nerd or just along for a great downtown Fort Worth experience.
