About Copper Shot Distillery
Copper Shot Distillery is a grain-to-glass distillery in downtown Bastrop, owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Stephen and Cheri Todee.
The distillery produces its spirits on-site in small batches using local grains and rainwater, with a tasting room that leans heavily into the social side of the distillery experience.
Copper Shot has also become a regular live-music stop in Bastrop, making events like this feel less like a formal distillery visit and more like hanging out at a neighborhood bar that happens to make its own booze.
Which is not a terrible arrangement.
