Garrison Brothers is giving happy hour the full Hill Country treatment.
On June 11th, the distillery is hosting its first-ever Summer Pairing Happy Hour in Hye from 4:30–6:30 PM. This is an interactive four-station experience led by the Garrison Brothers culinary and bartending teams, pairing bourbon cocktails with small bites.
Guests can move freely between stations, ask questions, sample each pairing, and pick up a few ideas for using bourbon in cooking and cocktails at home. Which sounds dangerously close to education, but the fun kind. Not the “group project in high school” kind.
This event kicks off Garrison Brothers’ 2026 pairing series, so if you like learning why certain flavors work together while drinking bourbon in the Hill Country, this one is aimed directly at your oddly specific happiness.
