Hye Steaks Cookout – Garrison Brothers Distillery, Hye, TX

The grills are heating up at the ranch! On Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 5–8 PM, Garrison Brothers Distillery is bringing back their legendary Hye Steaks Cookout—a celebration of bourbon, beef, and Texas-sized flavor.

Partnering with Carter Creek Winery, MTX Beef, and the Texas Restaurant Association, this event delivers a culinary experience you won’t forget. Guests will rotate through four stations featuring three bold steak dishes and a decadent dessert, each perfectly paired with a Garrison Brothers bourbon cocktail or Carter Creek wine.

Your $150 ticket includes all food and drink pairings, live music, and an evening of Hill Country hospitality at its best. Even better, all proceeds support the Texas Restaurant Foundation.
