Briggs Distilling Co. Grand Opening in Driftwood
The wait is over.
On Saturday, October 17, Briggs Distilling Co. officially opens its doors in Driftwood with a full-day grand opening celebration built around whiskey, live music, food and a brand-new Hill Country distillery.
The new family-owned space covers roughly 9,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, giving visitors plenty of room to settle in, explore the property and stick around for a while.
Which is probably a good thing, because they’ve planned this one from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
A Full Day at Briggs Distilling
The grand opening will include handcrafted cocktails, food from the distillery’s permanent food truck A.T. Eatz, live music, boozy snow cones and a few things for the football crowd too.
Briggs will also have the Texas vs. Florida game on the TVs during the day.
Here’s the schedule:
11 a.m. — Doors Open
Grand opening celebration begins.
UT vs. Florida
The game will be on the TVs during the day.
1–4 p.m. — Wimberley Shaved Ice
3–6 p.m. — Live Music by Reece Wade
7–9 p.m. — Live Music by Logan Papp
The event is free and open to the public.
Come early. Come late. Stay too long.
