This hands-on workshop takes a closer look at the ingredients and techniques behind one of America's most recognizable whiskey cocktails.
Building a Better Old Fashioned
There's more to a good Old Fashioned than dumping whiskey over ice and adding something sweet.
During this workshop, participants will explore how different spirits, sweeteners, bitters, dilution, and garnishes affect the finished cocktail.
The goal is to understand how these ingredients work together, and how even small adjustments can change the balance of a drink.
After exploring the fundamentals, guests will put that knowledge to work by creating their own Old Fashioned variation.
