Garrison Brothers is opening the barn doors for a more personal look at how bourbon ages under the Texas sun.
The Barn Hop Experience takes guests beyond the standard distillery tour and into three working aging barns with Garrison Brothers Master Distiller Donnis Todd. Along the way, Donnis will explain what is aging inside each barn and how heat, wood, time, and a stubborn refusal to do things quietly shape Garrison Brothers bourbon.
Each barn stop includes a different cocktail created to complement that part of the experience.
Three barns. Three cocktails. One master distiller. Considerably better than wandering around an agricultural building by yourself.
