Garrison Brothers Distillery is dropping the 2025 Guadalupe Bourbon on Saturday, July 12th at 8AM, and this year’s release is shaping up to be more than just a bottle grab—it’s a full-on celebration of Texas whiskey, music, and community.

Now in its fifth annual release, Guadalupe Bourbon is aged four years in new American white oak barrels and finished for two more in rich, tawny port casks. The result? But they’re not stopping there. This year, they’re also releasing six different Cask Strength Single Barrels of Guadalupe Bourbon for those who like their whiskey uncut and untamed.

Unlike previous years where folks drove through and picked up bottles to go, this release is all about slowing down and soaking it in.
