Meet the Maker Bourbon Pairing Dinner with Nancy Garrison
Garrison Brothers is bringing a five-course bourbon pairing dinner to InSo Social in Irving on Wednesday, September 16.
Nancy Garrison will host the evening, with each course matched to a different Garrison Brothers bourbon or bourbon cocktail. The menu moves from brisket and fire-grilled Caesar salad to picanha and crème brûlée—which is considerably more ambitious than eating crackers between pours.
The announced pairings include:
Beef and barley vegetable soup with a Garrison Brothers Small Batch Old Fashioned
Fire-grilled Caesar salad with Small Batch
Wok-seared calamari with Balmorhea
Fire-grilled beef picanha with Lady Bird
Crème brûlée with HoneyDew and an espresso martini
